How to Participate


The Meditation Zoom Room

Meditation sessions are held every Sunday from 7pm - 8pm EST via Zoom. 

Upon entering the zoom room, you are asked to vote on a mediation topic. You can also vote for each topic on our Instagram page as polls are posted every week.

After 7:10 pm attendees will not be allowed to join to ensure there are no distractions once the meditation begins.

Once the meditation is over, the remainder of the time is spent discussing any thoughts, ideas or realizations that came up for you in your meditation. 

*It is important to remember here that we are not silencing the mind in our meditations. We are flowing and being receptive to the information that comes to us once we tap into a higher level of consciousness as a group. Group work is one of the most powerful and beautiful ways to receive and radiate higher vibrations of energy.*

Only the meditations will be recorded, not our discussions.

You will be emailed a link to the recording every Monday. These recordings are accessible via Dropbox.

I am here and happy to answer any and all questions, or to guide you through any complications. I've been meditating for over 10 years, have spent 4 years in weekly training, and have been certified by The Transformation Academy in 2023.


The Cancelation Policy

This subscription can be canceled at any time through written request. Please email info@mindfulmeditations.us for cancelations only. 

Please put "CANCELATION" in the subject of your email so that it is found and acted upon immediately. 

After cancelation, you will no longer have access to the meditation zoom room or the recordings. 

No refunds, so be sure to cancel. And of course you can rejoin at any time.
